Instead, you will end up having business shops with barber shops all over the world appear before your page. But doing something like “barber shop in Dubai” will get you the right audience.

This means that Arabic SEO practices will target those in the Arab world who will be interested in just your business. Good practices in this field will allow you to eliminate results that have nothing to do with the Arabic world from the browsers of potential customers.

It helps to use the Google Adwords Keyword Planner to come up with multiple related versions of your long tail keyword so you can make sure you are covering every possible way that people could search for you online.
